This roof design is a alternative way of doing things vs a walk on glass solution, as design allows light and air into the basement, this is the only light and air flow into the basement.

Our lean-too roofs are made from aluminium and can be designed to fit all roof types, the glass supplied is toughened glass and comes with solar reflective and self cleaning glass as standard.

Aluminium lean-too roof, with solar glass and electric opening roof vent 9.5m in length. This is available in quick turn around in 7016 anthracite, black, white or duel colour anthracite and white. Lean-too illustrated at just 9 degrees.

Roofs can come in all different shapes and sizes. These roofs have two 90 degree corners and two corners that are different. The house narrows as it goes along, so our roof has been made to follow the contours of the building. These roofs have been made with acoustic glass to keep the noise of the planes at bay.

The difference between us and other companies. Our flat roof lights are all made bespoke and cater entirely to the customer's needs. In the shot is a 5.4m long lightwell in two sections of glass and further in the distance, is an up and over lightwell. The flexibility allowed for steep sections to be joined to flat portions. The flat sections on this product are 4.8m long in one part of glass and also goes down at the same angle on the other side. Please watch this section as internal and external pictures of the section will follow as the building nears completion, due to debris we could not get clear enough images.
